Sister Republics

This is what our founding fathers had in mind, for us-originally. Somehow down through the years this concept was lost (here), but obviously it was retained by our Swiss brothers. Not only according to our most-precious 2nd Amendment to the U.S. constitution are we NOT supposed to be disarmed, but contrawise all U.S. citizens of sound mind and body who have no felonious record of criminal past should be issued weapons, by our Federal, State, County or City/Local governments! In addition to that, no one should be arrested or harrassed, for merely bearing a weapon, as shown, here...(the burden of showing criminal intent falls on the government, not the non-criminal citizen)>
